There is a commercial migration module in development. I'm helping to beta test it for the author at the moment.

Hard to tell with these things but at least I can point you in the direction of the osCommerce to Prestashop Beta thread.
Update: This has been released (on Prestastore) and although not free it is a more cost-effective way of transferring your shop unless it is quite small/recent. A big plus is that It also should allow the oscommerce password to work in Prestashop (although I haven't yet gotten around to testing that bit myself because I run a highly customised version).

There is a perfect solution for you that allows to migrate between different shopping carts - Cart2Cart. Specifically, it allows you to move your data from/to Prestashop. So I would recommend you to try it - it is really cool! Here is a direct link for you: OScommerce to Prestashop

Cart2Cart Now Deploys Amazon Elastic Cloud
From now on all the migrations will be performed on virtualized servers that are deployed on Amazon's Elastic Cloud (EC2) service. This trend gains vast popularity lately. Cart2Cart, shopping cart migration service, tries to go with the times and take advantage of new technologies. Now all Cart2Cart users will benefit from the flexibility of Amazon's cloud computing service. It means the migration will no longer have to stay in a queue awaiting its turn - it gives the possibility of simultaneous migration of multiple stores.
Having dedicated server for every migration will greatly reduce time frames of information transition. Besides, this also guarantees Cart2Cart users high level of data safety as it will be stored on Amazon's servers. Hopefully service users will appreciate the enhanced speed and overall optimised performance of the service. You're welcome to give it a try!
