jessicasalt Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 Hi there, Ive uploaded prestashop via filezilla and am going through the installation process now but am facing a bug in the install .... It is telling me I have: 'Invalid shop name' 'Your firstname contains some invalid characters' 'Your lastname contains some invalid characters' 'This e-mail address is invalid' Obviously im not entering invalid names but have tried different things in each box and on two different browsers with the same result. help?! PrestaHeroes USA Posted August 17, 2014 Share Posted August 17, 2014 I've seen this only once when php was not running as fast cgi. please contact your hosting provider and ask them how your php is set up and if not fast cgi, if they can change to fast cgi.
