yay Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 (edited) I'm not quite sure if I'm understanding partial refunds correctly or it there's something wrong with Prestashop. When doing a partial refund, the refunded amount isn't deducted from the sales stats like it is when doing a complete refund and changing the payment status to Refunded. Found an issue on this topic on the Issue Tracker (http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11393) but it has no real response from the Presta team. The only solution that I've come up with is manually adding a negative payment with the refunded amount, but I'm not sure if this has any "side-effects" that could mess up something else, even though it would fix the stats revenue problem.
