How to customize a product page view per category?

Hi,

 

Is it posible and if it is how to customize the view of a product page per category?

 

What I'm trying to accomplish is that I have some products in different categories that I would like to display differently. On one of them I would like to add the functionality that the user can upload a file and would like to move the upload button up in the page (it is almost at the bottom right now).

 

I would like also to customize what to be displayed on the product page per category basis.

 

Any suggestions and pointing the direction I can look to are greatly appriciated.
