BO Login Error "urgent please"

Hello, I need help because I can not find any solution for the forum, I can not enter the BO. 

 

I do not login and gives the error of wrong password, just stay where you are, active debug error and shows me the following: 

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: 

Details: Error thrown: [object Object] 

Text status: ParserError 

 

Clean Prestashop cache and browser, and nothing stays the same 

 

In Firefox, Chrome and IE it is the same 

 

In another computer and logs on either mobile 

 

I thought that was a Flash update that automatically installed, but no, it was not 

 

I have reset the password, nor

 

suggestions?

turn on browser console and check what result of ajax response in "network" tab

I'm checking and try registering customers also gives the same error ....and only in the pc

there is no ajax query, you have to turn on console BEFORE log in, so - turn it on - and then log in, you will see ajax queries there with errors.

I do not know the procedure. 

 

1. I enter with ctrl + shift + J to the console 

2. I login

3. but nothing happens

At Chrome:

 

- hit F12

- open Network tab at the bottom

- log in

- click the action on the left and appropriate Response tab on the right

- repeat for all actions

- try to guess the issue

if you enter FAKE datas, do you see this message box too?

if so, please share url to your admin panel
