Modify module wishlist

Hi, 

I require a professional to do modifications to the wishlist module. 

 

I need to add some additional fields on each product that appears on the user's wishlist. For example, on my wishlist now I have 3 products with: photo, title, color, quantity and priority. 

I need to add three more to that list fields and a button to get me an email with details of the user wishlist. 

 

Attached is a screen for more detail.

It sounds like a quick task but I need to know the fields to make the estimation precise.

Hi BelVG!

Finally, fields are 4: 

- Date 

- Event Type 

- Location 

- Quantity 

 

All fields are text type.

What wishlist module do you have? "Wishlist Pro" or other module? As we see it is not difficult to add these fields, but to say you the exact sum we need to see the code.
