It sits doing its thing for a while and then I get a server error message. When I look up the cPanel error log I get the following Fri Jul 25 04:55:37 2014] [error] [client 202.60.68.176] File does not exist: /home/kerbride/public_html/500.shtml[Fri Jul 25 04:55:37 2014] [error] [client 202.60.68.176] SoftException in Application.cpp:357: UID of script "/home/kerbride/public_html/rvphpinfo543681/_rvphpinfo.php" is smaller than min_uid Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone understand what it means? I contacted my web hosting provider whom said that it was a file permissions and ownership issue however he says that when he tried navigates to /home/kerbride/public_html/rvphpinfo543681/ it didn't exist.
