mama bear Posted July 22, 2014 Share Posted July 22, 2014 Hello guys, Perhaps this question has been asked here before but Icouldn't find the answer. I've installed a new theme for my Prestashop and I have a problem with logo. I tried to approach it 2 ways: 1. In the module "uhu theme configurator" I go to General > Logo There's a choice between image or text in a logo. I choose image and save but it never gest saved. It always automatically goes back to text. So my logo is just the text (Mama Bear). Look http://www.mamabear.jchost02.pl/sklep/index.php 2. In the section Preferences > Themes I uploaded my logo, several times, different sizes but nothing worked. It is uploaded there but not onthe website. What to do??? vekia Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 well, it's a paid theme, we can't check it how it works etc. so it will be much easier if you will ask theme developer about solution for this problem it will be little hard to get help from forum members, especially when we haven't got possibility to check code, db etc. problems like that are usually related to duplicated fields in database related to variable that responds to this feature.
