Hi.

 

I also installed the latest version in two shops and have the following problem.

 

What is happening in any of the backoffice's, is that, in modules / positions / routing module, and opens a blank page, allowing no more new hooks. 
 
Anyone else had this problem or know how to solve?

I have two situations to decide. 

 

The first is to install an old version of Prestashop that does not have errors. But does have some Prestashop version without errors? But where do I find old versions of Presta? If anyone knows, please please post a link. But will the Prestashop offers old versions without errors? You should be error free versions available, properly tested. But I'm beginning to think that the Presta is creating errors on purpose. 

 

The second situation is prosecuting the Prestashop to create versions with errors. Errors that cause these disorders several people, loss of time and money. And when I was in a European country, and being the European Prestashop, it's easy for me to file a lawsuit. How long have I reported this and other situations, either to technical support Presta, either here in forums, and so far it's all the same. Without a concrete solution and to solve these errors. But the technical support Prestashop says it is not a mistake or a bug on their part. But who is providing a product with bugs? Is that I'm not sure. 

 


And all these problems worse. someone with power to do so, change the title of my post. lol And worse, for something that has nothing to do with what I reported. 

 

I never opened a post or said somewhere that had version 1.5 place. But the latest version, and this is a new installation and not an update. 

 

Someone is playing with the users. The title of this forum has nothing to do with what I reported. But I will not bother with it for now.


 

Someone must be held accountable in court. I'm sick of the problems with these newer versions of Presta. But I will not give up the Presta. Can I proceed with legal action, but I will not give up.

one should first create a running test shop of production to test installation (see installation for more info), this will identify any issues before upgrading your product shop.

There was an update.

But is English. might be some errors, such as updates Prestashop, but even a Chinese understand what the error I have in my installation. But I just had to uninstall it, which is just the same. Everything in it.

then i would suggest you open a ticket in bug tracker so that prestashop developers can fix their issue.  be sure to provide all necessary information that would be required to reproduce the issue, including the exact version of prestashop you are using (there are 1.6 versions right now)
