need to convert 2 databases into one

Hello, I looking for paid professional help converting two databases into one. one database is from prestashop 1.2.3.0 version , 2nd database is 1.4.8.2 and I need to mix them both to connect with the latest prestashop 1.6 , So what I mean is I need customers from both stores, orders and products all combined into brand new store , latest prestashop.
