I went to your site and I could not download the module. How do you send it? Also if your module works why do you not use it to process payments?

Hi Saul,

I sent you an email about this 10 minutes ago:

It seems that paypal is holding the order for some reason, which is why you didn't get a download link.

I just sent you a PM about it.

I wrote this module for a project I was working on (Lensesrx.com), I don't use it because I don't have an account with them, but it is 100% working (they use it everyday).

BMM,

Does this module work without any issues? I have a customer who purchased FirstData gateway and I need to find a good cart solution for the gateway to be used. I hope PrestaShop is the option but would like feedback.

I can assure you it's working, lensesrx.com (which is the site I originally wrote it for) has been using it for about 6 months now, and they have not had any problems with it, you can email them and ask (contact@Lenses...)

I paid for this module via paypal because the credit card module gave me an error. I see that Ive been charged but did not receive the module due to "verification required". I sent an email earlier today. I was really hoping to get this thing going today while I have time. Please send me the module.

I am unable to send private messages for an hour since I just started this account. It looks like I purchased it directly from Prestashop. I assumed it would go to you since I saw you created it. Any ideas how to get this module from them? I apologize for any mix up.

My modules are sold exclusively on my shop, you should contact the prestashop addons support with any questions regarding modules bought from their store.

Hi, I set up a prestashop site for a friend of mine and now I am trying to figure out the whole payment part of the site.
I know he uses First Data for his in store payments because I'm actually an engineer for First Data ironically and we spoke of it in the past. (I do electro-mechanical repair of high speed mail openers and payment processing equipment) anyway let me get to my questions.

1.) I am using a hosting service (netfirms.com) so will the port requirement be a problem?
2.) Are there any other server/hosting requirements I need to know?
3.) How many sites may I use this on if I make a purchase?
4.) Will this work with prestashop 1.4 when its official?

Besides my specific questions please feel free to add additional information as I am 100% new to e-commerce. I do know a bit about php, mysql, and basic web design.

You can email me direct patrick(dot)cambria(at)gmail(dot)com

1) It shouldn't, as it's an outgoing connection and not incoming, but to be sure, check with them.
2) No.
3) Only 1, unless they are your own personal sites.
4) There will be an update for the module, the price stays the same so you could get the update for free.

There is nothing else needed, as most payment modules are quite simple to install.

I've emailed, and am posting this here too, in case others have a similar issue.

I purchased and installed this module in early Feb, and it was working perfectly
until 4 days ago. Now, whenever customers (or I) go to make a purchase, on
this page, https://www.leeallur.../validation.php
we get this error:

The Credit Card Information you entered is incorrect.
Details: <.

I had not changed any code or anything else since the last good order. Neither
had FirstData (who says these are not reaching their gateway) neither had my
web host, and I double checked to make sure port 1129 was open.

It's always frustrating to lose sales, so I'd like to resolve this as quickly as
possible.

I'm not sure this is related, or not, but I had a "sample audio" player in the
right column. It worked fine on the front and other pages. On the page where
this error comes up, the player had a "Cannot find this URL" and other 404
errors. I've taken the player down, but that had no result on the payment
module error.

I'm using 1.3.6

Something was changed on the FirstData server in regards to incoming connections.

You should edit /modules/firstdata/lphp.php and un-comment (remove the #) the following 2 lines (around 290-291)

curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST, 0);
curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, 0);
