PayPal Europe Page 404 on return and API error with NO Code

Hi there,

 

I am a total newbie and have no knowledge of coding. I have been having a number of problems with PayPal Europe. 

 

1) A customer has reported an error when returning to the site after the order is made (404) and a load of text they didnt understand.

 

2) I received an API Error message from the PayPal module with no code or message in it.

 

I am using the latest version of Prestashop on the default bootstrap theme with the free PayPal Europe module.

 

Incidentally, the PayPal Europe module is no longer on the ADDONs site...why?

 

Please please someone help as I have had 4 sales in over 6 months and since 1.6 many many problems - now with PayPal which is my only payment gateway!
