As we announced few weeks ago, the free contributions will be available on PrestaStore.

We will therefore need trustworthy volunteers to test, verify, comment, translate and rate the modules and themes provided by the community.

If you would like to take part in this project, please post in this topic with your skills (computer science knowledge, spoken languages, etc.).

This topic is not for discussions. Please post only one time.

This is an excellent idea. There are many free modules out there that only work in Prestashop v1.1 and need to be updated to work with the latest Prestashop. I'm also unable to translate the modules I have written.

I only know English, but I know it well! I've completed a Bachelor of Information Technology with Honours and have a year of experience with Prestashop and programming using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL.

Quite interesting for sure.

We can speak English and Portuguese, so we are able to translate to one more language.

We also know some programming (HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, JS, RoR, MYSQL, MSSQL etc...)

Also developed a module recently (FAQ module), and a few more to share some time soon.

Cheers

Since I saw this topic, I've considered if I was capable of joining it. Because I know photoshop, CSS and Html only but ok. I'm a bit crazy about user interface [user-friendly guide, browser compatibility testing]. I can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. If any problems concerning traditional/simplified Chinese, I can help. I have been played with PrestaShop for more or less 1 year. I also familiar with testing and reporting bugs. Hope I can be of help.

Cheers.

Please take me also into consideration for contributions moderation. I have the web developer's usual toolpack, but more importantly, I'm very concerned with usability and standards.

All the best!

Oh, and i speak Romanian and English.

Hello:

I'd like to help out as a moderator and contributor. I run a web development and design company. We specialize in PHP/frameworks, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), MooTools, JQuery, XHTML/HTML5, CSS 2.1/3.0+ and am an avid standardista. I focus on security and accessibility. My team can provide graphic design and user interface help.
We've modified and custom-built modules for several of our Prestashop projects. So we are very familiar with the backend admin and with modifying themes as well.

Thank you!

Bonjour Patric !!!

Idea Sound's interesting.

I am so fascinated by the Prestashop design that i decided to implement it for my first e.shop(under construction :) ).

I know HTML, SQL-Oracle, CSS, Javascript and grade my self as beginner.

It would be my immense pleasure if my lil’l knowledge can contribute in prestashop enhancement.

I know English / Hindi / Punjabi.

Well don’t get confused by the way I greeted you. I visited France few months back , so I know few words.

Merci,

Maybe I'm missing the point but surely you would NOT want developers of these to be the ones to evaluate them?? I think if this is to work then the evaluation has to be impartial and performed by a genuine end-user.....
