Email (with message) to Customer when Return Status Changes

Hi, I was testing out the return process and found out that when the merchandise return status is changed, the customer is sent a notification email.

 

However, in the email, for Message, only the tag {message} is shown. (Please see attached image.) How can I edit this message portion?

 

Would like to be able to provide the customer with details on how to go about doing the return or if it was denied, give an explanation on the reason why.
