Installing using one.com as a Host

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I am having trouble installing using one.com. I have installed and unzipped.

I have asked on their chat and they told me I do not need to create a database? all the how to videos tell me i need to?

Does anyone know an easy way for me to follow please?

Thank You

Could someone tell me if i am right please?

I am using filezilla to transfer prestashop to my root folder, i then think i have to change my admin folder to a different name "112aab".

If i am right so far, i then need to type my domain into my browser followed by /112aab

am i along the right lines? i am totally new to this but really want to do it myself.

Thank you

Hi, I am not familiar with that issue.  Best advice is to open new topic in proper section of forum to get best community review/help.
