This account does not exist

Last night I worked on Prestahop (Back Office Interface) and this morning I could not log in anymore. Have tried different browsers, empty the cache and the answer is always:
There are 1 errors - employees account does not exist, or bad password
When I go to forgot password is: This account does not exist

Unfortunately I've also no alternative login ...

I'm sure 99.99% to have changed nothing and that the login credentials are correct. Also I have not changed within FTP.
The only thing I suspect that my hoster what has changed. Use 1&1 Clickandbuilds (automatic installation of Presta) in free mode.

I'm using PrestaShop ™ 1.6.0.5 and the website is www.fasterbikes.eu

have you got an access to software to manage the database like server-side phpmyadmin?

For all PS Version

 

 i you loose your password of BO

 

1°) unzip the floder in your PS Root

2°) renane the folder as you want (iloveyou , goldorack, nothing .... ect)

3°) acces of the password recorvery  with url  www.yourdomain.com/TheNameOfFolderYouRename/index.php

4°) recovery the password

The reason for the lost Login data was a simple one…

I have changed the mail Email adress in the standard settings. This resulted in the change of the Login data too.

For me it is a different setting and I wasn't thinking about this.

you mean that you changed shop email address under preferences > store contacts?

I'm having German as default language: Verwaltung->Mitarbeiter, which should be administration->staff/employee

Here I changed the Email adress. And afterwards it's pretty clear that the Login changes too…
