1.6 Backoffice Dashboard not displaying any sales data after upgrade.

Hi guys,

The problem for me was due to the upgrade from 1.5.0.6 to 1.6.0.5. All my modules and there positions had to be reset to enable the back end dashboard to work.

I went through the Modules - positions and looked at two key areas: dashboard-Zone1 and Zone2 were both empty so I had to transplant the modules for the dashboard into here and it worked perfectly. I still think I am missing something from here but I get all the dashboard stats I need for now.

This worked for me so I can mark this solved :-)

Hi guys,

Did anyone sort this problem out?

I have upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 and now i can't see the list of sales like i could in 1.5.

I am not good  knowledgeable enough to sort this out and I have found a guy to help me once i find out how to solve the problem.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards

Paul

You can do this..

Enable the invoice global under orders -> invoices, this will make the stats start working again.

Translate your invoice PDF to "Order confirmation" instead of "invoice".

This way the customer gets  a PDF order confirmation instead of an invoice.

There is for sure a fix to do this by coding but I can't sole that and this will make it working without putting to many hours into it. :)

So basically no... :D

Why I have to enable function I don't need to use another that is 'a must'?

I can't use the integrated invoices because I also sell outside my shop and the numbering will horibly wrong.

Also the fix above is also not welcome.

I know it's crap. But thats the only way if your not sitting on deep PHP knowledge.  B)

Even with invoices enabled in Prestashop 1.6.0.14 my dashboard shows no sales even though they are coming in.

EDIT:  I got it to work by pressing "Day" then "Month" in the top left.

*** FIXED ***

TYVM!

The above reply fixed it for me, PS 1.6, invoice disabled. Just click Day or Year and the sales window resets and starts showing stats again.
