1.6 Language problem

Hello , 

 

I have install new prestashop 1.6 , all language etc work okay . but the moment i install a new template . so only English language work  .. french etc other language some places work and some places do not work ... i try my best all option to do it but now need help from you guys ..

i try like manual also with import flag ... but flag do not in uploading ..

This template is supplied in English only, so you would need to translate it manually from back office->localizaton-->translations...this is going to be a lot of work!

this topic on 'other' new template not default.

 

but language packs do work with default but not with custom content you may have this you would need to translate yourself, i.e. new products/categories/etc.

I can understand that, but I seem to be having the same problem as the original poster, and I'm using the default theme. When I switch to Spanish, the cart block is all Spanish except for the word Total, but category names, subcategory names, and a lot of the rest of the pages are still in English.

for blockcart, back office-->localiation-->translations-->installed modules-->core no there here you can find blockcart and  xlate Total

 

did you xlate the categories shown in your screen shot?  these are xlated under catalog-->categories
