Maybe i solve this problem!
I have 3 installs of prestashop stores, in version 1.2.4 all the mails are sent correctly.
So, in 1.2.5 this dont work at all, my solution (now working) is remove swift from tools folder i put there the swift from version 1.2.4 of PrestaShop.
I have done this and now is everything working.
P.S.: Change the folder and files permissions to 705 (all files and folders) IT WORKS FOR ME!
