[THEME] New free WallCraft Template + Pluxml blog
#1
Posted 06 September 2009 - 07:53 PM
here is a new free theme for prestashop 1.2.4
WallCraft template is a couple of Prestashop and the Awesome Open source Pluxml CMS (use XML files to store the DATA instead of a database), so with WallCraft you have 3 in 1 : shop, Blog and a mini website
a have tried to make some thing more regular, so the installation is very simple compared to my previous templates, you have to read the install.txt file
So it's to you to be creative, to make more interaction between the blog, the shop and the website
Good luck with Prestashop

It looks like you have centered the shop. Right? In that case the background image will be decentered. If you want the shop in the center of the screen you will need to make a new background image. Check the GIF image called "base" in the img folder in the WallCraft theme folder (i.e. themes/wallcraft/img/base.gif).
But you are right. With a widescreen, the background is not wide enough (regardless of if the shop is centered or left aligned). But that is easily fixed. Just open themes/wallcraft/img/base.gif in Photoshop or Gimp and make it wider.

I downloaded and installed this on a brand new prestashop installation.
the shopping cart module is in the right column (main body) of this template instead of being in the left column per the demo.
does anyone know if I have to download another shopping cart module to get it in the right column? I tried uninstalling the cart module in the admin and then reinstalling it but it still goes into the left (main) column.
thank you for any help you might offer. this is a beautiful template, thank you for offering it.
