jgagnon Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 We are having a problem with our Moneris HostedPage v1.5 by PrestaShop which was installed over a year ago. This Moneris module has been working properly up until now. Our version of PrestaShop is V1.4.8.2 In the last few orders, when a customer creates the order, we receive a "Transaction Approved" notification from Moneris, but no order gets created in PrestaShop. We've looked into our PrestaShop database and the products that were ordered by the customer are still in their cart. No order was generated in PrestaShop. Looking for comments/suggestions.
