type the url,it appears: Link to database cannot be established.

how to deal with it

check prestaroot/config/settings.inc.php

If there are any errors edit it to reflect the correct info.

i set db_server as my host ip,but it doesn't work still  :'(

Have you spoken to your webhosts? If the URL and IP of the database isn't working its probably them.......i would think anyway.
