Halaman Catalog tidak muncul (back office)

Halo semua,

Ada yang pernah alami masalah halaman catalog di back office tidak muncul (tepatnya, hanya halaman putih, tanpa isi)? Karena halaman ini vital sekali, untuk nambah produk, kategori, etc. Halaman yang muncul bisa dilihat di attachment.

Kalau ada yang tahu, tolong solusinya ya.. thx!

browsernya pake apa ? biasanya kalo mozilla terkadang sering gak ada tampilan sama sekali harus di close dulu baru open lagi.

Yang pasti bukan masalah browser.. sudah di test pake Firefox, IE 8 & Opera, semua gak keluar.. udah coba refresh (F5) & hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) tetep gak keluar..

biasanya enak upload 1 file .zip prestashop nya langsung, terus di ekstrak lewat cpanel langsung di server, jadi kemungkinan file corrupt kecil.

Betul mas... kebetulan hosting saya yang ini cPanel nya rada aneh, gak lengkap gitu.. banyak fungsi yang dimattin. Jadi yah kudu upload semua via FTP.
