One of a modules send out email. And I want to include my company logo on the top of the email. It is .txt file. How can I insert an image into it? Thanks for helping.

Well, you can not insert an image into a txt file unless you convert the file into a file format that supports rich text.
First, save the file as a different file format such as .RTF of .DOC and then use Microsoft Word to copy and paste the image onto it.
And also I believe, I could be wrong that you can not inset an image in email if it is not in html format.

You can only send images through email if your email is in an html format, and even then, it's better to just include a link to the iamge, rather than trying to send it as an attachment.
I think the default prestashop emails do something similar...
