I upgrade it from 1.1 to 1.2, now my entire products are gone

Can somebody help?

I accidently upload the 1.2 from my test site to my real site.

Now I don't know why over 5000 products are gone to nowhere. Where should I check my database at?

I am in big trouble. Please help.
