just uninstal the paypal module you have, make a copy for backup, copy this module , instal and the % field is there.

I also addressed the issue of a Payment Error as the user is paying more than the store is expecting. This modification is in my version in validation.php (should be easy to port back to the Prestashop 1.1 version of the module)
