malte Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) When we were using PrestaShop 1.4.6.2 we could always refund orders partially, even after they had been dispatched - in case a customer insisted an item was broken etc. Then we upgraded to PS 1.4.9.0, and we can still do partial refunds but ONLY while the order status is 'payment accepted'. Once we change the order status to 'dispatched', the partial refund options disappears! Being able to do partial refunds is pretty important to us, and I can't imagine its not important to other store owners. Can anyone shed any light on why this feature would just be removed like this?
