[Module] Message Pop Up ** 04/08/2009 Update

Hello, I made a new module based in this script for jquery

You can show an elegant Message Pop Up in all your site.

This is usefull for put an important information for your customers, that they see in any page.

For example, in vacantion, you can inform your customers by delayed in their orders.

In configuration you can put the title and text that you want for the message.
With the option theme you can enable the image for the background of your message.
If you want change the image, you should save an image in PNG format. You must put the image in folder theme. And call the image "image.png".

Now suport format html text, with tinyMCE editor. You can change colors, sizes, insert images... Too you can change the postion of the message.

Now you can chose with a colorpiker the background color and text color.

Now you can chose show the message only in home page or in all your site.

The module is free.

Download and install.

Then configure the module from your admin panel/modules. You can select the color, position, text and title of your Pop Up.

I'm not sure I've understood correctly.

The problem with round box corners is a bug in the original script for jquery (jquery.corner.js).

I'm working in a fix for this problem. But, for the moment, you can have transparents round box corners in browser based in mozilla. Edit the messagejgrowl.tpl file, and delete all the line of this code:

Now you have a round corners in Firefox and Chorme.

Other way is use a theme. Use a image with round corners in background.

When insert code the post shows me [removed][removed] ¿?. I don't know the reason.

Did anyone here have the same issue with me?

When i install the module it's work ok. However once i click X to deactivate and reactivate to complete my html.
It's can't work anymore. Anyone here have the same issue with me? Thanks

Also i am curious, i went into the position of the module, it's show 2 area
Homepage content and headers of pages. Am i correct?

Also i try to uninstall [ i even deleted the file and re-upload into the folder] it's doesn't show anything?
Did i do anything wrong? Also i notice some wordings at the bottom of the my homepage which indicated

What is the URL to call the Pop-up ?

Because I want to show the Pop-up when somebody click on a special button.
