Order Problems - High Priority!

Hello Prestashop Community,

 

I have 2 problems with my Prestashop, i look for help for that Problems,

 

btw: I use Prestashop 1.4.7.0 Official from Prestashop.com downloaded

 

 

Problem A)

After a Customer sent a Order in Front Office, and i Login to Back-Office and Check orders i See that He bought by example 3 Products : Water , Cakes and Beer , But the Price is Only calculated for Water and Cakes, the Beer my Customer never bought, but it is in the order, thats the reason too why its not calculated in the total price.

 

 

 

Problem

When i recieved a Order and i try to change the Orderstatus from "Awaiting for Payment" to "Order Paid" or something other its not possible, There is nothing to Change :

I dont know why i cant change, there should be some "default" settings like, Order sent or etc.

btw, its german, but the System is the same

 

 

If someone can me help professional to solve both Problems i can Pay 50 EUR Ukash. Its very important for my Business.

Did you delete order status ? You could set status in Orders>Statuses.

Hello, I also have the same problem: When I try to change the order status, all the date of the order dissapear. Sometimes I can change the status to Awaiting Paypal payment or maybe Payment remotely accepted, but that is it.
