Error when uploading new theme

Hi,

 

I hope someone will be able to help me. I am very new to Prestashop and I have a new website that has been set up for me so I am now looking to edit my pages how I wish using the web editor. I do not have access to the database or server areas.

 

I have just purchased a new theme v1.0-Baby-Dream.zip and when i try to upload the theme i get this error " An error has occurred during the file upload. ".

 

I have installed the theme module, is there anything else i need to do? Im a bit worried that i wont be able to get it working having spent money to get it!

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I am running version 1.4.7.0 if that helps,

Hi,

 

Just copy to the themes folder and start selecting it from the themes section in appearance. Also note that you would have got an instruction with the theme you had got, so follow it the same way
