fashionpup Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Hi there Does anyone know how to do a partial refund on Prestashop? Currently, I'm only able to refund the products. Even when I do a product refund, nothing on the customer's order states that they've been refunded X amount. I need to refund the product and/or X amount but not the whole order. Credit slips don't work as sometimes we have products that are out of stock but the customer has ordered them.
