[Module] Additional question module

I think if we can add one more selection in the product page for additional question. Then when they click on it, it will bring them to a contact page. It will be great. Is somebody working on this ?

My original thread was requesting an additional module. Mr. Dlani was very kind and made the module for us. I am very thankful for his kind act and I have test it and it works perfectly.

I have attached some screen shots so that you can see how it looks. As you can see this is such a great module. Thank you, Mr. Diani, you are awesome.

Dlani has taken this module future by making it if the customers have an account set up already, then when they use this module, they don't have to fill out the name and email address. And for the visitors, the function is still the same, they have to fill out the name and email address. This module works very well with 1.1. It has link and picture for the products. Please submit a thank you note to Dlani, I am sure he will be happy to know your appreciation.

Attached is the most updated module. The bool bug was fixed. I have tested it in two different domains that are hosting by two different servers. And I also used 3 different machines, xp, and Vista, with IE and FF. All of them works fine. Thank you all for your patient, and most of all, thank you Dlani for taking time to perfecting this great module.

Very nice idea, and extremely useful, it is definitely needed.

The "Additional Question" button could be put above the "Send" button.

It should allow for multiple extra questions and there should be a "Remove Question" button for any added questions.

How about an FAQ page for each product? Users can submit a question for review, the link on each product page will lead to the FAQ page for that product.

That information will be stored in a database?
Or will only be sent by email to the owner of the store?

Because it is only sent by email is easy using the module Send to Friend, like that.

If you have to be stored in a database, to be displayed in the tab of the product, let me that I do.

I believe if it is only sent by email to the owner of the store will be easier for you to do. However, than it be loss track of the records. I think if the info store in the database, and the customers can have a link in their account page is better. So that they can always check the statue of the questions. However, which ever ways you want to do it, I will be more than happy to take it as is. I know either ways are not easy. I want to thank you for all of the hard work you have to put in. And sorry to add more work on you.

When the members login, if they send out this additional info request, can their email and name automatically fill out in the form so that they don't have to write their name and email address?

Thank you for letting us know this module is already done. The additional question module that Mr.
Dlani made here has link and the image of the product. Personally, I like this one a lot and am grateful for all of his work.

It looks like you have a very complete list of modules. That is great. I am looking for a module that will issue gift certificate as I stuck in this subject. I set it up as a vouch but when the customers purchased $10 and only used $7.00 the $3.00 is gone to the lala land. Do you have this kind of module on your list? I can not read French... , don't know what you really have...
