I need to know if it's possible to add some kind of module, or perhaps just a form (?), where users can enter their ordernumber when they recieved their items. Nothing fancy, just a little something where they can add the number. On the backend, however, it should set the status to delivered and thus activate the loyaltypoints!

This would automate the loyaltypoint systeem. Users can buy their stuff, earn points, and when they have recieved the goods, activate the point by setting the status to delivered. The loyalty-system, as it is now, needs manual input.
It's also good to know that they have recieved the goodies, not everything is send with a trackingnumber :)
