How can I edit placed orders? (add new products, change products)
Sometime I have a need to make orders myself to telephone customers...

Yes, this is one of my most wanted features. Editing orders (adding/removing products, adding discounts ++) is truly a must.

this important feature request 455 have been there since sep09. is this moving up the queue

I can't believe some of the features that Prestashop was not designed with from the ground up. It really makes me wonder if the original developers had even ever run an online store before.. I can't think of any other shopping cart that doesn't have Order Management built into it. Any worth setting up a store with anyways. Hope someone gets this added soon. I will need it also.
