I’m helping a friend set up a web-store and honestly I can’t imagine it getting very big, but nonetheless I actually want to get some legal and conditions text put up.

Does anyone know of any free templates for drafting these docs? Or would be willing to let me use a modified version of theirs? I’m not looking for anything specific, just something to cover the basics.

I came accross Prestashop a few weeks ago. After some research this is the solution for me.

One main issue – I don’t have the time (and maybe the skills) to go through the setup/domain/etc, etc.

Therefore I was wondering if someone had a generic Prestashop they no longer required, or were willing to sell?

Please let me know ASAP, as this request is semi urgent. Please provide details like price, domain (or domain arrangements), server costs, etc, etc.

Prestashop wheel business database

I finally got the site up and running on my server. Now the trick is to get the roughly 6000 wheels on to the site in an effecient manner. Right now I have tried adding wheels and it takes 2-3 minutes a wheel to get all the data in for each one.

Does anyone know if I can edit the database directly without using the back office. If I could just open it in access or something that I can copy and paste into it would be a lot faster.

I am using a program from Transwheel that has a database of all the info and wheel pictures I need but I have no clue how to edit databses quickly. Hopefully one of you guys out there knows a fast and effecient way to do this.

If you need more information on the issue and I just didn’t specify please let me know.

J’ai réalisé pour un ami son nouveau site pour son atelier de mécanique moto (Harley Davidson) sur Wordpress ainsi que l’adaptation de Prestashop sur le thème du site wordpress…

Le site (tout neuf, il a 2 semaines)

Ça faisait un moment que le magasin en ligne fonctionnait, mais je ne l’avait jamais posté ici parce qu’on était encore en RC3. On a profité du passage à l’anglais pour aller en release 1. On a du faire beaucoup de modifications au niveau de l’affichage des marques (dans les pages, les catégories, mais aussi dans l’URL Rewriting) et chaque mise à jour est un peu galère, mais on s’est fait un petit fichier avec les modifs à faire à chaque fois et ça tourne.

On est fier d’utiliser Prestashop.
