Details:
I have two languages - English (id=1), Japanese (id=22).
When I selected English, every page is fine - but then when I goto the cart page, it can't get the language cookie and defaults to Japanese.

Any ideas?

Please update to the beta3 or the last SVN version and tell us if it still occurs.
We solved an issue which could be the one your encounter right now.
