A new contest for the most translations possible!

To start off the year right, our team is offering you a new translation contest. Based off of the contest’s huge success two years ago, where we received more than 200 translation packs, we decided to revive the contest this year so that we can offer PrestaShop 1.4, our best release to date, in as many languages as possible!

In the same spirit, you will be able to let our community profit from what you know best: your mother tongue smile … Don’t wait any longer! Enter our contest now!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Translate PrestaShop 1.4 into your language, put the language pack in a .zip file, and get it to us before February 24, 2011 at midnight (GMT +1). Send it to the following address: contest[at]prestashop.com, with your first name, last name, and full postal address.

We will conduct a random drawing among the complete (!) packages received in order to determine the winners!

WHAT YOU’LL WIN!

We’ll randomly select 3 winners! The first win an iPod Nano engraved with the colors of PrestaShop Community, the second will win a series of books dedicated to PrestaShop offered by our partner Packt Publishing, and the third will receive a package of PrestaShop goodies! The results will be announced on March 10, 2011.

3, 2, 1… PARTICIPATE!

The books are offered by Packt Publishing, a modern, unique publishing company with a focus on producing cutting-edge books for communities of developers, administrators, and newbies alike.
